Is XeBu really free?
Yes. The Starter plan is free forever, not a trial. You get one pass type (a loyalty card, ticket or coupon) in Apple Wallet and Google Wallet, basic customisation, and community and email support.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. Sign up with your email or Google account and publish your first digital loyalty card without entering any card details.
Do my customers need to download an app?
No. Customers scan your QR code and add the pass to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet in one tap, on iPhone or Android.
What does the Standard plan add?
Every pass type, unlimited active passes, real-time updates and push notifications, and priority email and WhatsApp support, for AED 250 a month.
Can I cancel Standard?
Yes, any time, from Settings → Plan & billing in the XeBu app. You keep Standard until the end of the month you've paid for, then move back to the free plan.
